One of the biggest questions that new Design Space users have is how to use fonts that they download in the Cricut software. Thankfully, I am here to show you exactly how simple it is.

I previously shared a post on where to find high quality fonts (which make a huge difference when cutting, as you want a smooth cut), which offers some great ideas. My favorite is still The Hungry JPEG (THJ) because I love their $1 section and amazing commercial use licence, but I also love the $1 Deal Days that Font Bundles holds monthly.

If you are not going to be using your items for sale, there are many sites to download free fonts. However they are usually personal use only and aren’t always the best quality to use in designs to be cut. You can definitely try them though, but I highly recommend trying the free weekly fonts, $1 deals, and font bundles out there.

Download the font to your computer (using the download button), and it will be delivered in a .zip format. It will usually pop up in your bottom toolbar, or you may have to go into your folders to find your downloads.
